Refund policy
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, and 7 days for shipping times IF your return request is accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn and unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and free from all smells and pet hair. Any items discounted more than 25% or marked as "Last Chance" are FINAL SALE.
If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping is purchaser's responsibility. If this was a local meet up or delivery, the return is the responsibility of the purchaser as well. I will not be picking up returns (you have to come to me).

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods or intimate items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Last Chance Items, Items Discounted more than 25%, or Gift Cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I refund your purchase to the payment type you purchased with. In the case of an E-Transfer, you will receive store credit, or a $1 Processing Fee will apply to the return E-Transfer. I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it is approved or not.
