What is the proper laundry care for my LuLaRoe?

Please take care of your LuLaRoe so it lasts you as long as possible.  Almost all of their garments have a percentage of Spandex, and heat is the killer of Spandex.  Be sure to wash in cool water on a delicate cycle, and either hang or delicate cycle to dry.  Special Care should be taken for anything Lace or Chiffon (putting them into a laundry bag before putting them into the washing machine is a great option).  Dark Denim Washes can be washed alone with a 1/4 cup of vinegar to color stay the fabric the first time they are laundered.  Please read the tags just in case it is different!  Shop Jocelyn can not be responsible for damaged clothing due to improper washing/care.

What if the piece I ordered just doesn’t fit right or isn’t me?

​I allow exchanges within 14 days.  All exchanges must be returned to me exactly how you received them – tags on and free from all smells and PET HAIR.  Exchanges will be made should there be a defective product received even though I do my best to inspect each piece I send out. Please notify me within 5 days of receiving the product of any noticeable defects. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached in order to be considered defective. An exchange will be made or store credit for funds paid will be issued to you.

Exchange Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.  I can provide you with a Return Address Label so you can return a package back to me and receive my savings level at Canada Post.  I will deduct the amount of your shipping label from your return credit.  Message me for more details.

What do you charge for shipping?

I ship using Canada Post Expedited Parcel and Lettermail.

I allow customers to Hold Shipping on PAID items to be combined with additional purchases before shipment. Just let me know upon checkout if you wish to ship right away or hold shipping for now.

Local/Winnipeg    I try my best to make arrangements with anyone local to me – whether that means pickup from me, meet up somewhere, or drop off at your home.  You must message me to schedule this service please.

Lettermail   $6   (One SMALL item only.  It must fit a 10” x 15” x 0.75” envelope)

I offer a Free Shipping Option on any purchase over $299 (Regular Priced Items Only, before Taxes). This purchase must be on ONE Invoice, you cannot combine invoices to get free shipping.

** I have final discretion on shipping rates.  I may be able to ship 3 or 4 items as a Small Package or only one single large item as a Large Package.  I always give you the best rate I possibly can.  **
