Wicking properties have been added to the fabric to keep you cool & comfortable all-day long. 80% Polyester, 20% Spandex.

I LOVE brave leggings. I wear them under a heidi, or with a tank or shirt to the gym. I have worn them with a long blouse travelling, too. They are compressive, but not constricting. I dont have to adjust or pull up. I prefer the lotus fabric, as they are soft, but have an amazing fit. And the side pocket is functional -- fits my bigger iPhone!
I love the Brave myself, I wear them almost every single day right now. I love them for getting all the work done - my super big phone also fits in the pocket perfectly.
