I love the Kari! The shoulder pads give you a little extra boost of confidence and a "boss babe" type of feel (for me anyways - LOL).
I Love this top - have it in a few colours. The shoulder pads are awesome. I wear this with skirts, jeans and pants..So perfect for work to weekend. It washes well, and wears like a dream. It's great under a blazer or on its own. Love the length - it is kind of a looser fit, and flattering on so many sizes. I have worn with jean shorts and sneaks, too.
I feel like a fierce boss when I am wearing the Kari with the shoulder pads. You somehow feel like more of a force! LOL! My go to with this top is my Dianne Wide Leg Pants and a big statement necklace. I have this exact color in my closet; it is so beautiful!
